At Jim’s Way, we take pride in carefully crafting each product to suit your needs. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship it within 1 week. Please note, we prepare and create your order during weekdays, though we do make efforts to work through the weekend. The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on shipping times with our carrier.
Shipping Partners & Shipping Time
For domestic and European orders, we use reliable delivery services such as [best shipping provider for Europe]. We strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery for all orders.
Orders within the Netherlands and Europe generally take 3-7 business days to arrive after shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping at this moment.
International Orders
At this time, we ship within Europe only. Please note, certain countries (such as the UK) may have higher import fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any extra fees incurred during the import process.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to keep an eye on your package and know exactly when to expect it. Tracking is provided through Shopify's system.
Unsuccessful Deliveries & Lost Packages
If your package cannot be delivered or is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick it up, you will be contacted to resolve the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package. We cannot be held responsible for issues with delivery services, customs delays, or lost items during shipping.
Delays & Shipping Notice
During busy periods or holidays, shipping may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times and will keep you informed of any delays as soon as possible.
Important Note

Shipping may be more expensive to countries like the UK due to import duties and fees. Please be aware of this when placing an order to ensure there are no surprises at customs.
