At Jim’s Way, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade, customizable items for you and your dog. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with all original tags and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product — we’ll do our best to make it right.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Because each of our products is handmade and customized, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a fault or error on our part. If you're unsure, please reach out to discuss your situation.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, the fastest method is to:

Request a return for the original item.

Place a new order for the item you want after your return is approved.
EU Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All tags and packaging must be intact

A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
